Description

Proletariat is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to help support our People Operations team. You will join Proletariat at a critical point in our growth as we continue to scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment team in all activities related to recruitment efforts
  • Maintain internal applicant tracking system
  • Manage and schedule full interview process including the preparation of materials, scheduling of onsite visits, along with pre and post-interview briefings with the hiring teams
  • Create, update, maintain, and post job descriptions
  • Manage employee onboarding process
  • Provide administrative support to our employees, acting as a point-of-contact for questions related to hiring policies and benefits
  • Assist hiring managers with compensation analysis for new hires

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of People Operations, and Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of benefit programs and IRS regulations is a plus
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
