Your Future at Tilting Point

  • Own and manage all technical aspects of one or several live games developed in the studio
  • Work with studio leads to define and iterate a product strategy which will lead to continuous growth for the game and the studio
  • Update and maintain an existing game with a large codebase
  • Architect and implement front end platform tools as required by project demands
  • Support external dev teams by assisting with knowledge of Tilting Point tools, features and fixes where applicable
  • Collaborate with other engineers on integration and support tasks
  • Fine-tune code based on feedback from QA and various clients
  • Be part of the funding team of Tilting Point Barcelona, defining its culture and future growth trajectories

Your XP & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Very experienced with front end usage of C# / Unity3D
  • Very experienced with back end usage of Python, Go, PHP, and relational databases
  • Familiarity with AWS or equivalent
  • Experienced with Git VCS and build automation tools such as Jenkins
  • Obj-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin, C++ knowledge a plus
  • HTML and Javascript (framework knowledge like React, Vue, Angular, etc) knowledge a plus
  • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of and interest in mobile, digital free-to-play, and other video games
  • Experience taking over old code from another team despite little support or documentation a plus
  • Good judgment: you can take decisions despite ambiguity, thinking strategically and using data to inform your intuition
