Happy New Year! Things have been pretty quiet for the past few weeks as studios have slowed down for the holiday season, but things should be picking back up this week as everyone gets back to the office. Look for new job posts to start picking back up as companies start to put their 2018 hiring plans in motion. It hasn’t been completely dead this past week – we’ve noticed several new jobs being shared and have collected several of those to share with you.
The NYC-based publisher of Rockstar Games and 2K Games has lots of jobs posted on their site. If you’re a student looking to get into the business or marketing side of games, applications for their summer internship program are now open!
Schell Games, the studio run by game design author and instructor Jesse Schell, has several open positions listed at their Pittsburgh studio. They’ve recently been focused on VR/AR titles, including I Expect You to Die.
Saw this one pop up on Twitter. Ndemic is the Bristol UK studio behind Plague Inc., and they’re looking for senior developers and designers:

Daybreak has studios in both Austin and San Diego, and they’re hiring right now – a lot. They’ve got dozens of jobs listed across all disciplines at both locations. Cold got you down this winter? It’s probably warm right now in both San Diego and Austin….
Ghost Story Games
Ghost Story Games is the newer incarnation of the studio formerly known as Irrational Games, and they’ve got a few open positions in the Boston area.
Panic Button is an indie team based out of Austin that has worked on incarnations of major titles like DOOM and Rocket League. They’re expanding right now, and they’re looking for a variety of development, production, and QA positions. Several openings posted on their site.
This new mobile developer is based out of Park City, UT, and they’re currently looking for an Art Director and a Generalist Engineer. Check out the job posts on their site!
