ActionScript Developer
MTV Networks has a contract position available for an ActionScript developer.
This position will primarily focus on building a Flash-based storefront and on client-server interactions with our web services.
What you bring to the position:
Fluency in ActionScript 3.0
Experience modifying existing Flash components
Additionally helpful:
AJAX / JavaScript / JSON experience
Experience with Client/Server development
This will be a 3-6 month contract. You will be building reusable UI screens for our in-game virtual goods storefront and login/registration process. This work will also include client-server interactions with the back-end items management system. The number one thing we are looking for above all else is very solid ActionScript 3 skills and to a lesser extent UI work in Flash.
