SilverTree Media is looking for a highly organized project manager with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills to join our unique game development team. The ideal candidate will have proven skills and experience in developing and executing project plans, while also being able to adapt to accommodate creative changes and iterative development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and update project schedules while managing dependencies
• Foster communication between team members and stimulate the creative process
• Coordinate the flow of assets and information between departments
• Identify development bottlenecks before they occur and proactively suggest solutions

• Manage the team to achieve milestone tasks, goals and deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding organization and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and collaborate with project stakeholders to create and effect solutions
• Strong motivation to ensure that development work is being done effectively and at a high level of quality
• Experience with appropriate software production tools, documents and processes

• Enthusiastic and passionate about playing and making truly great games

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years experience on a previous game title
• Experience with QA testing, bug tracking, and test plans

• Knowledge of 3D animation pipelines and processes
