Live Ops Associate Producer
Electronic Arts’ Pogo.com, the second largest online casual games destination, is seeking a highly talented individual to join as the owner of product post launch analysis, usability and customer feedback. You will use analytical, research, visual and communication skills to analyze and make recommendations for the success of product launch goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Track and analyze performance and make recommendations for improvements to ensure games and features are reaching their highest potential for performance and engagement
• Collaboratively work with user experience design and production groups to understand product launch goals and objectives
• Collaboratively work with the game and feature design teams to add proper behavior tracking on an ongoing basis.
• Be the voice of the customer by synthesizing information from forums, emails to the community team, research, and customer service groups and reporting to the product, design and research teams
• Analyze and synthesize direct competitors and the larger interactive entertainment space
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally with User Experience or Computer Science related course study (Human Factors Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology or Market Research)
• 2 – 4 years in a product management, user experience design or research field
• Ability to persuasively communicate research and recommendations to all levels of the organization
• Curious, creative problem solver that challenges the status quo and can think out of the box
• A self-starter; capable of operating with minimal management oversight against tight deadlines
• Strong project management skills and ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
• The ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced, highly interactive and nimble environment.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as web trends, Omniture or Google analytics preferred
• Experience moderating usability tests with customers preferred
• Experience in the gaming, internet, media, and/or software industries strongly preferred
• A passion for casual games or video games preferred
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel and PowerPoint is required.
