Location: You will be working as part of a small team in our downtown Orlando office. Located in the heart of downtown, 360Ed, Inc. employs a dynamic workforce of young professionals. We strive to maintain a light-hearted and friendly working environment that encourages passion and creativity for one’s tasks.
Relocation: No, local candidates only
Skills Required: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience coding dynamic web user interfaces in a timely manner with technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience developing for a wide variety of browsers, old and new (e.g. IE6, 7, 8; Firefox 2, 3, 3.5; Chrome; Opera; Safari) is required. Knowledge of Python is not a requirement (any skilled programmer can learn it quickly) but it is definitely a plus; we will accept candidates with a thorough understanding of another web-oriented programming language (ColdFusion, PHP, ASP.NET, Ruby, Perl) if they are prepared to switch to Python.
Software Knowledge: MySQL or PostgreSQL, Django framework, familiarity with Adobe Flash and interaction between ActionScript and JavaScript
Demo and Format: Be prepared to show code samples and/or discuss previous projects in detail. Code samples can be sent as attachments in emails to KPowers@360ed.com. More samples may be requested at a later date.

This will include new projects and maintenance on existing applications. This position will be part of a small team (not working alone). Thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Familiarity with secure web programming practices
Solid understanding of SQL
Experience creating dynamic web interfaces
Passion for web design and development

Experience with jQuery
Familiarity with Adobe Flash and interaction between ActionScript and JavaScript
