Business Development and Partnership Senior Manager

Join our mission to help us become the live streaming and video content leader in the mobile games, cosplay, comics and anime community. Our vision is to be the most entertaining rich media social platform where gaming, cosplay, comics and anime enthusiasts can connect, share their passion and have a good time! You will be part of the core growth hacker team, responsible for content acquisition, building and leading our content business development and content partnership effort.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and optimizing our content supply side sales funnel and sales process
  • Lead generation and outbound marketing for both individual content creators and agencies
  • Build partnerships with agencies, publishers, studios and other content creators
  • Train and manage BD team to deliver business targets and results
  • Research and discover potential business and content opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close content and partnership deals with micro-influencers
  • Budget and resource planning and proposal
  • Take ownership of content acquisition targets: speed, quantity, quality and ROI

KPI & objective:

  • Prepare and deliver our launch content plan
  • Acquire launch content in time for platform launch
  • Set up sales funnel and channels for new content discovery
  • Ensure continuous supply of quality content
  • Reach target ROI on content investment

Requirements:

  • Mobile gaming and video gaming industry content experience
  • Avid gamer, cosplay, comics and anime fan, familiar with top communities, events, publishers, studios, agencies
  • Passionate about live video streaming, video content, online influencers and online entertainment in the GACC field
  • Result driven, entrepreneurial minded, start-up spirited doer, problem solver and team player
  • Strong business development and sales experience with proven results. Natural born deal maker
  • Managed and drove highly effective sales and BD team, built and optimized efficient sales funnel and process
  • Logical and calm, handles stress and rejections well.
  • Excellent written and oral communicator and persuasive negotiator.
  • Minimum 3 years of directly related work experience in the online video, live streaming, GACC content BD, sales, partnership role
  • Bachelor’s degree
