Marketing Artist Intern

Full-time at Tilting Point in New York, New York

Tilting Point is seeking a motivated and passionate marketing artist intern to join its growing marketing team. You’ll work on a wide variety of projects, for all types of gamers and across many creative styles. We’re an agile company and thrive on the creative freedom, versatility, and team spirit of our artists. This is a paid position with flexible hours.

Your Future at TPM

  • Work with our Marketing Artist and external developers to develop visual concepts and ideas that help portray our games under their best light across a wide range of marketing assets: promotional art, app icon, App Store screenshots, social media, video trailers, etc.
  • Contribute visual ideas toward communities and forums.
  • Support team in UI & UX improvements.

Your XP & Skills

  • Ability to create a variety of styles and production quality.
  • Ability to create concepts from scratch and bring them to life up to final production.
  • A good sense of taste, an eye for quality.
  • Passion for games is an absolute must, with a genuine interest in their communities. Familiarity with F2P games is also required.
  • Interest in – and ability with – juggling with multiple projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required.
  • Experience with video software a big plus (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, etc.).
  • Experience with 3D software (Maya / 3DS Max) and character posing is a big plus.
  • Some understanding of User Interface design.
  • Self-motivated, highly results-driven, and nimble.
  • Interested in challenging yourself, grow your skills, work with talented people and have fun in the process.
  • This position reports to the Marketing Artist.

Location: New York, New York (Midtown Manhattan)
This is a paid full-time temporary internship beginning summer 2017 to coincide with your academic calendar.
